How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get to be a Productivity Expert?

To answer this question, it's probably best that I share with you.

A brief snapshot of my journey as an entrepreneur…

About 12 years ago, I was used to earning $20 an hour as a personal assistant and had no idea I would have a business where I would be breaking through six-figures.

I was a new business owner, with a dream to earn enough money from my business to replace a regular wage. Big dream huh? But that was my mindset back then.

Like so many other women, I felt I was held back because I needed the flexibility to be around for my children. I took on part-time work to earn extra money, just to feel like I was doing something worthwhile and still manage my family life at the same time. Often that work was uninteresting and unrewarding and I felt dead inside.

Then one day I finally said, “Enough is enough!” I was ready to make my mark on the world.

I had no ‘business’ experience and definitely no marketing skills. I did it all the hard way, but I knew there was one thing that I was very good at and that’s being organized and productive.

I’d go along to various networking events, learning everything I could about owning/running a business, plus doing lots of personal development. Although I met people and learned valuable ideas to implement, there still were many missing parts of the puzzle.

I learned about sales and marketing, how to be an entrepreneur, how to stay sane while running a business - you name it, I probably went to it. However there was never any step by step process to tie all this knowledge together.

I invested thousands of dollars over the years on my own education. I’ve been part of high end coaching groups and been coached regularly myself, yet it hasn’t been enough… until I took action.

I took the best of all I learned and turned it into an easy-to-understand and implement system that would build a strong business, without busting my butt to get it. Once I set the system up and got it running, business started booming.

What happens if you haven't yet worked with people in my field?

I have worked with hundreds of clients in a wide scope of industries. Most likely I have worked with people in your field. Yet, I have to share with you that if I haven't, you are not at a disadvantage. Here's why: people in your field are probably ALL doing the same things to improve their productivity and their profits. What my current and former clients have found exceedingly helpful is that I bring an extremely fresh perspective to how they do business and give them proven strategies they'd never heard of in their field. How are you different from other "business coaches?"

I ONLY work with sole practitioners and very small businesses. In other words, I don't consult with people in mid-sized companies or large corporations and I'm not a Jill-of-all-trades-coach. I refer those businesses to other coaches. What that means to you is that I am very focused on anything and everything that works for the sole practitioner. Because my focus is very narrow, what you get with me is no-nonsense, undiluted expertise on what works for independent professionals. I've simply become an expert at this stuff and that's why my clients, groups and customers get great results.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

For what type of professional is this program NOT going to work?

The Productivity and Profit programs are NOT for those who have no money coming in and are absolutely, financially desperate, at least not right away. It's been my experience that people in financial crisis do not trust the recommendations I give them and do not do the work (probably because they spend so much time worrying about where they are going to get next month's rent or mortgage payment.)

If you fall within this category, it's absolutely OK. We've all been in times of financial crisis at one point or another.

We'll probably just not work well together and I wouldn't want you to waste your time or money.
